Seafood Risotto

  • In one pan start by slowly sautéing a blend of mixed seafood in eevo
    • Once browning begins to happen, deglaze the pan with white wine, water, butter
  • Add in risotto and mix it all together
    • Cover and cook until risotto is ready
  • Add parmigiana, crushed tomatoes, and mix until risotto becomes creamy
  • Serve with finely sliced basil.
