Seafood Risotto
- In one pan start by slowly sautéing a blend of mixed seafood in eevo
- Once browning begins to happen, deglaze the pan with white wine, water, butter
- Add in risotto and mix it all together
- Cover and cook until risotto is ready
- Add parmigiana, crushed tomatoes, and mix until risotto becomes creamy
- Serve with finely sliced basil.
